"Since I had my monthly menstruation aged 11, I always experienced dysmenorrhea. Not a single month of painless period. Flat on bed, with episodes of vomiting, feel nauseated, with body malaise and severe pain/discomfort on my abdominal area down wards, even IF after taking up my pain reliever. As I matured, the pain continues but somehow lessened a little only, until just last year of October 2009, when my Uncle introduced to me the product- "Moringa"...something really changed! At first, I was not taking it consistently but few months after until present time when I made "Moringa" as part of my daily supplements..I myself- can't believe it- that almost- all the pain is gone! Been taking moringa as supplement for a year now as 'diabetic' since 2001. Noticed big improvements on my overall health and actually reversed my type-2 diabetes.
